A Culinary Journey:
Passion and Authenticity

Even as a child, Yangsun had great pleasure in good food. She is sure that good food needs nothing more than the fresh ingredients from nature, and of course the How – Know !


While working in her restaurant in Palma de Mallorca, she discovered a great desire to produce the ingredients for Korean cuisine herself, in order to save the long transport routes, but also to revive the authentic natural taste. It is the great challenge to obtain all the ingredients of their products from the nearby regions as possible.


After learning to cook intensively for several years from some of the most experienced women in Korea, Yangsun felt she was mature enough to start producing her own food. Learning from the so-called “Temple Food” was the most exciting moment.
