Whether enjoyed as a wholesome breakfast, a mindful lunch, or a calming afternoon snack, this toast invites you to slow down and savor a moment of peaceful indulgence.
Zutaten
Servings: 2 | Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 2 min
- 2 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough, rye, or gluten-free)
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ cup Bibap Manufacture Temple Food Kimchi, finely chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mixed seeds or microgreens (optional)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Zubereitung
- We begin by toasting the two slices of bread until they are golden and crisp. While they warm up, we halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. We mash it gently with a fork and season it with a little salt and pepper until it tastes just right.
- Once the toast is ready, we spread the mashed avocado evenly across the slices. On top, we add a generous spoonful of chopped Bibap Manufacture Temple Food Kimchi, letting its freshness and gentle heat brighten the creamy avocado.
- To finish, we drizzle a little olive oil over the toast and sprinkle seeds or microgreens if we want a bit more texture and colour. We serve it immediately, enjoying the simple combination of crisp bread, soft avocado, and vibrant kimchi.

Goes well with
- Add a poached egg or tofu on top for extra protein.
- Sprinkle chili flakes or lemon juice for a little twist.
