REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Overview
Given this is a food product, returns must be initiated immediately upon receipt. You have 2 days from delivery to inform us via email if you intend to return the goods. Failure to do so within this timeframe means we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll inspect returned items and communicate via email about your refund status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.
Late or missing refunds
Check with your bank or credit card if refunds delay. Contact us if unresolved.
Sale items
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items are not.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items. For exchanges, email us and return the item to our specified address.
Gifts
Direct gift returns receive a gift credit. Others will have refunds sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
Return items to our address at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from refunds for received items. Consider using trackable shipping for valuable items.
