Our Pak Choi Kimchi began as an experiment, and we were delighted by the surprisingly positive results. The delicate crispness and tender texture of Pak Choi blend perfectly with our kimchi spices and seasonings. It has a subtle sweetness, complemented by the tangy and spicy flavor that is characteristic of traditional kimchi.
It undergoes the same meticulous process as our original kimchi, with a natural fermentation that gives it its distinctive flavor.
Our kimchi can be enjoyed in a variety of ways – as a side dish, as a topping for rice and noodles, or as an addition to soups, stir-fries, or even pancakes. It can also be used creatively to make fresh salsa.
