    Our 'Pak Choi' Kimchi began as an experiment, and we were delighted by the surprisingly positive results. The delicate crispness and tender texture of Pak Choi blend perfectly with our kimchi spices and seasonings. It has a subtle sweetness, complemented by the tangy and spicy flavor that is characteristic of traditional kimchi.

    It undergoes the same meticulous process as our original kimchi, with a natural fermentation that gives it its distinctive flavor.

    We provide you with fermented 'Pak Choi' Kimchi that has been in the process of fermentation for max. one week, as it matures quickly.

    If you feel that 'Pak Choi' Kimchi is too fermented and sour, you can enjoy it in a variety of ways - as a side dish, as a topping for rice and noodles, or as a addition to soups.Soon we will share delicious recipes with our Kimchi on Instagram.
