Inhaltsstoffe
- 200 g Korean rice cakes (tteok), soaked in water for 10 minutes
- 250 ml water
- 3 tbsp Bibap Manufacture Spicy Tteokbokki Sauce
- 1 small handful of Korean fish cakes (eomuk), sliced
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- Optional: boiled egg or sesame seeds for garnish

Preparation
- In a pan, bring 250 ml water to a boil.
- Add Bibap Manufacture Spicy Tteokbokki Sauce and stir to dissolve.
- Add rice cakes and fish cakes, simmer on medium heat for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens and rice cakes are soft.
- Top with green onions and optional egg. Serve hot!
