Ingredients
Servings: 2 | Prep Time: 10-15 min | Cook Time: 5 min with pre-cleaned squid
- 2 fresh squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 2–3 tbsp Bibap Manufacture Sauce For Korean Squid
- 1 tbsp oil (any kind)
- 1/2 onion, sliced (optional)
- 1 green onion, chopped (optional)
- Cooked rice or noodles (to serve, optional )

Preparation
- We begin by cleaning the squid and slicing it into rings, or using thawed pre-cleaned squid rings if we want to keep things simple. Having everything ready beforehand makes the cooking quick and effortless.
- Next, we heat a spoonful of oil in a frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, we add the squid, and if we feel like it, a few slices of onion for extra sweetness. We stir-fry for just a couple of minutes, watching as the squid turns opaque and curls slightly at the edges.
- Once it reaches that point, we pour in a few tablespoons of Bibap Manufacture Sauce For Korean Squid. We stir everything together for another moment until the sauce bubbles gently and coats the squid in a glossy layer.
- To serve, we spoon the warm mixture over steamed rice or noodles. A sprinkle of green onion or sesame seeds adds a fresh finishing touch. It is quick, flavorful, and perfect for those days when we want a satisfying meal with very little fuss.
