    Mild Tteokbokki Carbonara

    Our Mild Tteokbokki Carbonara is comfort food with a playful twist. A soft, chewy rice cakes coated in a creamy, indulgent sauce with just a hint of spice. It’s rich, satisfying, and surprisingly addictive, perfect for cozy nights or when you just need a little culinary hug.

    Ingredients

    • 200 g tteok (soaked in warm water)
    • 2 tbsp Bibap Manufacture mild Tteokbokki sauce
    • 150 ml cooking cream or milk
    • 1 egg yolk (optional for extra richness)
    • 2 tbsp grated parmesan or mozzarella
    • Black pepper, to taste

    Preparation

    1. In a small pan, combine cream (or milk) with Bibap Manufacture mild Tteokbokki sauce over low heat.
    2. Add soaked rice cakes and simmer for 7–8 minutes, stirring often until soft and sauce thickens.
    3. Turn off heat, stir in cheese and egg yolk (if using). Mix well.
    4. Season with black pepper and serve hot.
