Ingredients
Servings: 2 Prep I Time: 5 minutes I Cook Time: 10 minutes
- 200 g Tteok (soaked in warm water)
- 2 tbsp Bibap Manufacture Mild Tteokbokki Sauce
- 150 ml cooking cream or milk
- 1 egg yolk (optional for extra richness)
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan or soft goat cheese
- Black pepper, to taste

Preparation
- We begin by warming the cream or milk in a small pan over low heat. Once it is gently heated, we add the Bibap Manufacture Mild Tteokbokki Sauce and stir until everything comes together into a smooth base.
- Next, we add the soaked rice cakes and let them simmer slowly for several minutes. We stir often so they soften evenly and the sauce thickens into a creamy coating. After seven to eight minutes, they become tender and pleasantly chewy.
- When the rice cakes are ready, we turn off the heat and stir in the cheese and the egg yolk if we choose to use it. The warmth of the sauce melts everything into a rich, velvety mixture.
- To finish, we season with a little black pepper and serve the dish hot. It is simple, comforting, and wonderfully creamy, perfect for those moments when we want something warm and soothing.
