Korean Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Korean Chicken Lettuce Wraps
There are days when we crave something warm and full of flavor, yet still light enough to feel refreshing. That is exactly why we love these Korean Chicken Lettuce Wraps. They have everything we enjoy in Korean cooking: tender chicken, our rich, spicy-sweet Korean sauce, crisp vegetables, and the simple pleasure of wrapping everything by hand.
Ingredients
Servings: 2 | Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 15 min
- 250–300 g boneless chicken thigh or breast, cut into bite-sized pieces (or 300 g mushrooms for a vegetarian option)
- 8–10 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup cooked sushi rice
- 3 tbsp Bibap Manufacture Korean Spicy Chicken Sauce
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- Kimchi or pickled radish (optional but delicious)
- Toasted sesame seeds

Preparation
- We begin by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces if we haven’t done so already. We toss the pieces with Bibap Manufacture Korean Spicy Chicken Sauce, even a few minutes are enough for the flavor to settle in.
- When everything is ready, we heat a little oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. We add the chicken and any vegetables we want to include, then stir-fry for several minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce turns thick and glossy.
- To assemble the wraps, we place a spoonful of the warm chicken into each lettuce leaf. If we like, we add a bit of rice, some kimchi, or a slice of pickled radish for extra crunch and brightness. We finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and a few green onions on top.
- We fold the lettuce like a small taco or wrap and enjoy them while they are warm. We like serving everything on a platter so everyone can build their own.
