Spicy Grilled Squid

Spicy Grilled Squid
Ingredientes
- 200 g squid, cleaned and cut into rings
- 3 tbsp Bibap Manufacture Sauce for Korean squid
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley), chopped
- wooden or metal skewers (if grilling)

Preparation
Prepare the squid:
Clean the squid if necessary, removing the head, beak, and innards. Rinse well under cold water and pat dry. Score the body lightly in a crisscross pattern — this helps it cook evenly and absorb the marinade.Make the marinade:
In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, chili flakes, and oil until smooth.Marinate:
Brush or rub the Bibap Manufacture Korean Squid Sauce all over the squid (inside and out). Let it rest for about 10–15 minutes to absorb the flavors.Grill:
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Grill the squid for 3–4 minutes per side, until it’s slightly charred and just cooked through. (Be careful not to overcook — it turns rubbery quickly.)Serve:
Slice into rings or serve whole. Drizzle with a squeeze of lemon, sprinkle with sesame seeds or spring onions, and enjoy with steamed rice or salad.
