Dip cremoso de gochujang con sésamo tostado y lima

Gochujang Cream Dip with Toasted Sesame & Lime
Our Gochujang Cream Dip, made with our handmade Gochujang, combines the gentle heat of authentic Korean chili paste with the creamy texture of sour cream or Greek yoghurt. A touch of sesame oil adds depth, while a hint of sweetness creates a smooth, balanced flavor. Finished with toasted sesame seeds and fresh green onion, it pairs beautifully with burgers, vegetables, and rice bowls. Simple to make and full of character, it’s a versatile sauce that quickly becomes a favorite in everyday cooking.
Ingredientes
Servings: 4 | Prep Time: 5 min
- 1½ tbsp Bibap Manufacture Gochujang
- ½ cup crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (for richness)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice (for acidity)
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to balance heat)
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- Pinch of salt

Preparación
- We start by combining 1½ tablespoons of Bibap Manufacture Gochujang with half a cup of sour cream or Greek yoghurt and a spoonful of mayonnaise. As we mix them together, the gochujang melts into the creaminess, creating that beautiful balance of heat and softness.
- Then we add a teaspoon of rice vinegar or a squeeze of lime juice, along with a touch of sesame oil. If we’re in the mood for a bit more roundness, we whisk in a small drizzle of honey or maple syrup to soften the spice just slightly. We stir until the sauce is completely smooth, then season it with a gentle pinch of salt.
- For a finishing touch, we sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the top and add a finely chopped green onion. The colors and textures make it feel instantly fresher and more vibrant.
- We like to chill the sauce for a little while before serving, it helps all the flavors settle and blend. It’s perfect with burgers, fresh vegetables, or warm rice bowls, and it’s one of those sauces we find ourselves making again and again.
