• Pak Choi Kimchi

    When we got the first results of our first kimchi experiment utilizing Pak Choi, we were very surprised by its delicate crisp and tender texture, which blends perfectly with our kimchi spices and seasonings. It has a fine sweetness, complemented by the tangy and spicy taste that is characteristic of traditional kimchi.

    Our kimchi can be enjoyed in a variety of ways - as a side dish, as a topping for rice and noodles, or as an addition to soups, stir-fries or even pancakes. It can also be used creatively to make fresh salsa.

    Pak Choi is highly nutritious, rich in vitamins A, C and K, as well as calcium, iron and antioxidants.
