Refund & Return Policy
According to article 103 of the Spanish Law (Royal Decree-Law 1/2007), food products sold through BiBap-manufacture.com cannot be exchanged after delivery, as they are perishable goods that can spoil or expire quickly.
If a product arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery so that we can offer a suitable solution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please email us at orders@bibap-manufacture.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please include a photo and your order confirmation. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include providing a replacement or a refund, depending on the issue.
To return your product, you should ship your product to: Carrer de Guixers 10, 07001 Palma, Illes Balears, Spain.
