    With our version of Dakgangjeong, you can easily recreate this popular Korean dish at home. Here’s how:

    1. Prepare the Chicken: Deep-fry bite-sized pieces of (free-range) chicken until golden and crispy. The chicken should be crunchy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy inside.
