    Ingredients

    • 200 g Korean rice cakes (tteok), soaked in water for 10 minutes
    • 250 ml water
    • 3 tbsp Bibap Manufacture Spicy Tteokbokki Sauce
    • 1 small handful of Korean fish cakes (eomuk), sliced
    • 1 stalk green onion, chopped
    • Optional: boiled egg or sesame seeds for garnish

    Preparation

    1. In a pan, bring 250 ml water to a boil.
    2. Add Bibap Manufacture Spicy Tteokbokki Sauce and stir to dissolve.
    3. Add rice cakes and fish cakes, simmer on medium heat for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens and rice cakes are soft.
    4. Top with green onions and optional egg. Serve hot!
