Simple Korean-Style Salad

Simple Korean-Style Salad
This simple Korean-style salad is all about fresh, crisp veggies brought to life with a punch of our gochujang dressing. Light, vibrant, and full of flavor, it’s the kind of salad that makes healthy eating feel effortless and exciting at the same time.
Ingredients
Servings: 2 | Prep Time: 10min | Cook Time: 15 min
- 2 handfuls of fresh green lettuce (e.g. romaine, baby leaf, or oak leaf)
- 1 seasonal fruit (e.g. mango, pear, apple, or strawberries), sliced
- Optional: cherry tomatoes, cucumber, or roasted nuts for extra crunch
- 1-2 tablespoons of Bibap Manufacture Gochujang Dressing (Shake well before use.)

Preparation
- We start by washing and drying a couple of handfuls of fresh green lettuce. If the leaves are large, we tear them gently into bite-sized pieces so the salad feels light and easy to eat.
- Next, we slice a seasonal fruit of our choice. Mango, pear, apple, or strawberries all work beautifully and add a natural sweetness that lifts the whole dish. If we want a bit more color or texture, we add a few cherry tomatoes, some cucumber slices, or a handful of roasted nuts.
- Before dressing the salad, we give the bottle of Bibap Manufacture Gochujang Dressing a good shake. Then we drizzle one to two tablespoons over the bowl and toss everything gently so the flavours coat the leaves without weighing them down.
- We serve the salad fresh, enjoying that mix of crisp greens, bright fruit, and the gentle heat of the dressing.
