    Our Bulgogi Burger is one of those dishes you just can’t forget — juicy, marinated beef packed with Korea’s signature sweet-savory flavor, tucked into a soft bun. Every bite feels like a little moment of comfort and excitement at the same time, perfect for anyone who loves a twist on the familiar.

    Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    • 200g beef (ribeye or ground beef)
    • 4 tbsp Bibap Manufacture Bulgogi Marinade
    • 2 brioche burger buns
    • 2 slices of cheddar or mozzarella cheese
    • ½ onion (sliced)
    • 1 tbsp butter or oil
    • ½ cup kimchi (optional, for topping)
    • Lettuce leaves
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp gochujang from bibap manufacture, optional)

    Preparation

    1. Marinate the beef: Mix the sliced or ground beef with Bibap Manufacture Bulgogi Marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
    2. Caramelize onions: In a pan, melt butter over medium heat, add sliced onions, and sauté until soft and golden (about 10 minutes). Set aside.
    3. Cook the beef: In the same pan, cook the marinated beef until browned and cooked through.
    4. Toast the buns: Lightly toast burger buns in the pan or oven.
    5. Assemble: Spread mayo, mixed with Bibap Bulgogi Marinade and Gochujang, on both sides of the buns. Add lettuce, bulgogi beef, cheese, caramelized onions, and optional kimchi.
    6. Serve immediately with fries or pickled veggies.
