This dressing is a very personal creation by Yang Sun. She originally developed it for her popular ‘Kimchi Fresco’ salad in her restaurant. Her guests love it, but the recipe remains her well-kept secret.

We combine our homemade gochujang with carefully selected, natural ingredients to create a balanced sauce: spicy and savoury with a subtle sweetness and a smooth, deep umami flavour.
