Mild Tteokbokki Carbonara
Our Mild Tteokbokki Carbonara is comfort food with a playful twist. A soft, chewy rice cakes coated in a creamy, indulgent sauce with just a hint of spice. It’s rich, satisfying, and surprisingly addictive, perfect for cozy nights or when you just need a little culinary hug.
재료
- 200 g tteok (soaked in warm water)
- 2 tbsp Bibap Manufacture mild Tteokbokki sauce
- 150 ml cooking cream or milk
- 1 egg yolk (optional for extra richness)
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan or mozzarella
- Black pepper, to taste

Preparation
- In a small pan, combine cream (or milk) with Bibap Manufacture mild Tteokbokki sauce over low heat.
- Add soaked rice cakes and simmer for 7–8 minutes, stirring often until soft and sauce thickens.
- Turn off heat, stir in cheese and egg yolk (if using). Mix well.
- Season with black pepper and serve hot.
